LawNY is excited to welcome Mackenzie Quinn, a 2L from State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law as our 2025 Rural Summer Legal Corps Fellow. Mackenzie is among one of nine Equal Justice Works summer fellows working across the country in the area of Employment and Labor Law, bringing legal services to rural clients and addressing gaps in access to justice.

Mackenzie will be focusing on reentry services through our 13-county rural service area to provide legal assistance about barriers to employment issues through RAP sheet review, preparing applications for relief and outreach to underserved communities about the impact of the Clean Slate Law, and their rights under NYS law.
