When he heard about a pop-up expungement clinic happening on Jefferson Avenue in Rochester, Jason Hoge, Supervising Attorney at LawNY couldn't pass up an opportunity to assist those facing the tough challenges associated with having a criminal record. LawNY, who works with the Judicial Process Commission in Rochester, provided information on the Clean Slate Act, and connected the community with legal services available to them to receive certificates of relief and remove barriers to employment.
