National Volunteer Month is April! This month we'll highlight collaborative projects and the efforts of our many volunteers and how they are essential to increasing LawNY's capacity, and increase access to justice through pro bono service. LawNY recognizes "the power of volunteers to tackle society's greatest challenges." In 2021 volunteer attorneys, law students, paralegals, undergraduates and community members provided over 5000 hours of service to low-income residents of our 14-county service area.
